Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Altitude Precision Services provides residential, commercial, Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning services throughout Colorado. The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to each appointment.
Any additional services requested at the time of cleaning may result in additional charges.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via email and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, or equipment failure.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on property size, condition, and requested services.
Prices may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was disclosed at booking.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In accordance with Colorado law, applicable sales tax may be charged where required.
Failure to pay may result in late fees, collections, or refusal of future service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services at our discretion.
5. Right of Entry & Property Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If entry is not possible at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may be charged.
By booking services, you grant [Your Business Name] permission to enter the property for the purpose of performing cleaning services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver high-quality service on every visit.
Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
We will return to correct any missed areas at no additional charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Remove valuables and fragile items
Provide a safe working environment
Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are operational
Disclose any hazards, biohazards, or special cleaning requirements
We are not responsible for damage resulting from unstable or improperly installed items.
8. Damage & Liability
We are insured and take reasonable care in all services provided.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Verified claims will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy and Colorado law.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Items not properly secured or installed
9. Health & Safety Compliance
In accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and Colorado safety expectations, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond standard cleaning scope.
10. Pets
Clients must secure aggressive or disruptive pets during service.
We are not responsible for pet behavior, injury, or escape during service visits.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Altitude Precision Services operates as an independent service provider and is not an employee of the client.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law, Altitude Precision Services’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Dispute Resolution (Colorado)
Any disputes arising from services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Clients agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first. If unresolved, disputes may be handled in the appropriate courts within Colorado.
14. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
